We have provided growth financing to established corporations funding expansion — private commercial capital deployed selectively from our own balance sheet, in Québec and beyond. Not a public credit offering.
Entrepreneur development
We train and mentor IT entrepreneurs, passing on the group's technical and operating experience to the next generation building in technology.

How we hold
Permanent capital
We invest our own capital with no fund cycle and no exit clock. Assets are held for as long as they are worth holding.
An owner's view
We are operators as much as owners. We stay close to the businesses and properties we hold and support them directly.

A small, private structure. We move deliberately, disclose what is useful, and let the work speak before the name does.
